Think about this.....enduring 5 weeks in Las Vegas in blistering summer heat without a/c!!!! That was my life due to United Nissan! After ordering the part from them i was told 7-8 days before the part would arrive. Those days came and went and i called to inquire about my part. I was told it would come for 3 WEEKS! the part was on back order. 56 people needed it and I was 53! wow, people with no a/c dead summer...i wasn't the only one! I then call the day before it was to come and and was told rudely by JERRY it had been there 11 days already!!!! NO ONE EVER CALLED! I moved homes last week with no a/c, WHY?! I would never ever, go to this shop. They are a MESS, not to mention extremely rude and unapologetic! If you get JERRY on the line, you are already in BIG TROUBLE!
