They need to learn the customer is always right. Funny comment from the manager. Lol
Anyways, they should always be able to scan it. They forgot to scan at the store. Packaged turned out 3 days later. So it wasn't customer fault, UPS store was to blame.

This location has some horrible customer service! I called to inquire about 1 of 3 packages i dropped off the day before. It was my first time dropping off pre paid packages. I will make sure to ask for receipts next time because 1 of the packages wasn't scanned so who knows where it is at this point.
However the man who answered was very rude. Basically putting the blame on me for not getting a receipt when the girl at the store didn't offer me one(again my first time dropping off). She simply stated to leave in the counter and she would scan them. Well two packages were but not that 1.
Anyways i can see why the rating is so bad in this location. They have no customer service. I would suggest you skip it and find another location.
