How sad that this lady closed her other salon in brecksville and opened up another one called carlitas day spa right down the road in Independence. Carlitas day spa was horrible and I would not recommend this place at all. It seems that this woman cannot keep a business open because her services are horrible and she over charges for services that she cannot justify. Stay away. She offered charges for taxes and services that she cannot justify. I would recommend that you call the IRS and let them know about these unjustified charges. Multiple people are doing this. Only way to get rid of business owners who do this.
