They cancelled my 6:45 p.m. flight until 1:00 p.m. the next day and called it a "delay." I've flown on various airlines not only in the U.S. but internationally. This is probably one of the worst airlines out there. They even have a lady at the gate harassing people for having a hand carry not significantly bigger than their size requirements. They show up on top of ticket browsers because they take away all the other charges but add them up later. Never flying this airline again.
