I want to say this location has totally changed for the better! Under the management of Hellen and Savannah. The employee moral and customer service of the this location has changed completely. I feel welcomed and valued as a customer. They remember my name every time I enter and always let me know about any promotions and sales! Savannah is always able to accommodate and customize colors for my spray tan that always look the best for my skin tone! She truly takes a passion for the customers and wants to create the best experience for them. If you need to buy products she's your best asset with knowledge of all of them and not just trying to mindlessly sell you something quickly. The store front is kept clean. My only cause of change would be to have a functioning door to the mystic tan room and a different system for people who "cocktail tan" (when you do a bed and then a spray tan). Waiting for someone to use a tanning bed and then to use the spray machine kinda blows.
^I always want to include that I adore the guy in the morning who opens! He is so sweet!! He literally has everything pulled up so all I have to do is type in my pin when I walk in! I also really appreciate he's also never tried to sell me a product that didn't fit my tanning needs. He's super fast and I really appreciate that!
