First let me say that we like all the furniture we have purchased, but their delivery service sucks! We purchased $5k worth of furniture and were promised a Friday delivery. They showed up at 5 after making me wait home since 8am. Only part of the order made it on the truck?? Driver tells me the other stuff is on another truck. I call, they tell me it should have been on the truck. They tell me to sit home another day and wait. I argue and they assure me they can get it to me in the morning. Low and behold here I sit, it is 2PM and no furniture. I wish there was a way to withhold payment until furniture arrives. I bet they would step up the post purchase customer service a little.
