Pretty similiar story here. I ordered from Amazon and my package didn't show up on time.
I do have some helpful information for everyone else in my shoes.
While the hold times are horrendous you can call 800.334.5000 and use ext. 4200. I was given the option of leaving a call back number and was called back 30 minutes later!
I can say that option was not given to my husband who called the same number but used option "2" for tracking. Do not do this, they keep you on hold for an eternity late at night.
While I'll never recommend this company and I hope that Amazon stops keeping them in business; I will say that I did eventually get human contact from a nice woman who was unable to do anything besides telling me my 2 day shipment was delayed by 4 days, but she was able to cancel it with Amazon.
