Absolutely a completely horrible company. If I could give negative stars I would. They are unresponsive and combative. If you ever have to deal with Sheila, expect a yelling match. It does not matter what the topic is, she is right, you are wrong. Not to mention she will tell different lies to different people about the same situation. She is so stupid that she doesn't think people talk and compare her lies. I can't believe any HOA would use this company. They arbitrarily raise fees and cut services. If you ever have the misfortune of coming across them, head in the other direction.
