I Purchased my 2016 Lincoln MKS from here and I have regretted every sense. I cancel the maintains /GAP plan on July 9, 2017 and I'm so happy that I did, but still have not receive my refund back. Sandi has told me 3 difference date and I have been in there twice. It took them over 60 days just to get me my car registration and Mya act like I was wrong for calling about it. It's so clear that the staff here need more training in customer service. I wish I had read the review before purchasing a vehicle form Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln ...Never again.
