Came here alone for a super late lunch. I waited up front for a few minutes before someone finally recognized that I needed to be seated. The place was not busy as I came during a weird time (3:45pm). My server, Kristin, was really attentive. She was informative about the menu and paid attention to when I wanted her to come by. Loved her. I ordered the spicy Mac n cheese burger with a pretzel bun and sweet potato tots with the spicy ketchup. The options for burger toppings are pretty superb. My biggest disappointment was that the food came out at different temperatures. My burger with the Mac and cheese spirals was warm, but my sweet potato tots were cold. How are deep fried sides cold? I ate the burger as is but told my waitress about the tots. I got new tots, and these were hot almost burnt. The spicy burger was not spicy at all. There were a couple of small chunks of chile, maybe, in the Mac n cheese. Overall, this might have been better had I come at a different time maybe? It was tasty, but kinda disappointing as I keep hearing that it's the best place in Phoenix.
