This company is by far the worst property management team I have ever experienced! From almost 10 years of renting at different locations, I have never felt so disrespected before. From delays in repairs, to threats, to non responsive agents in the year and a half I was at their property! I had the house broken into and it took them over 24 hours to contact me, after 4 phone calls and two e-mail later they reply back, they provided an excuse that I didn't contact them within their business hours, which was clearly a lie (I have a chain of e-mails for proof). Whenever there is a complaint Damon feels the need to reply rudely, unprofessional, and feels entitled. After a chain of e-mails Damon felt the need to cancel our contract, the day after someone tried to break into the home. We have never been late, never caused any issues and after one complaint Damon felt it was still appropriate to cancel the lease agreement. I will Never refer Damon, Jaime, nor Arrow Property Management
