Its the apple store so I'm not sure there's too much to be said. I will say that apple is doing a better job in training its "geniuses" to assist consumers now and it shows from the past. They definitely seem a ton more knowledgeable and can diagnose most issues. My wife had issues with her iPhone 6 and they swapped it out for her. Even gave a couple of theories as to what could have been the issue. My only complaint is more with sprint and how they handle transferring a number to a new device... Maybe apple needs to look into it. The good thing is, if you appear to need help, the geniuses will always make sure you're not just standing around waiting. They will always double check, and always be ready to assist. I assume this is because they're on some sort of timer. Overall I believe its a great location and I recommend any apple user come here when they set up appointments.
