Allow me to make 1 statement and then allow me to explain I hate Poppa Naps BBQ. I have spent years working on my own home made ribs. Experimenting with rubs, cooking times and sauces. I finally got it right. My ribs were perfect! Friends and family alike couldn't wait for me to make my ribs for them. Then, I had some of Poppa Naps ribs that my wife had brought home from a company event of hers. To make a long story short, I couldn't eat my recipe again!!! They were truly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The ribs, pulled pork and especially their brisket are all to die for. You want great BBQ?? Have Poppa Naps BBQ cater your next party. I just hope you don't mind hating your own cooking afterwards.
