I have been into Yumberi quite a few times when they first opened. I have seen the owner quite a few times when I was in I believe his name is Bruce and he was quite rude. The last day I was in there I was getting yougurt from the machine and I heard what sounded like the owner yelling and cursing at one of his employees in the back. That to me is unproffessional because I the customer could hear everything and I personally felt bad for whomever was being yelled and cursed at. Since then I have not went back and plan not to. I now go to Berry Good which is a great yogurt place with friendly service happy employees and fresher fruit!!!!! Not even worth one star.
