Quick relevant background: We booked our rooms here through Hotels.com. We used our points to get the rooms for free. The first issue was the hotel didn't show our rooms as complimentary. The woman who helped us was one of the owners and despite being very nice she turned us away and asked us to come back later when her husband would be in. When we returned, a young male attendant appeared to be playing video games in the office. Again, he was very nice, but one of the room keys didn't work so we had to return to get a new one programmed. Once in the room, details emerged that gave us pause. The bathroom had 2 different types of shampoo, but no soap, conditioner or body wash. The vanity mirror was dated, and despite having 16 light sockets, only 9 bulbs were present and of those, only 2 worked. It was comically bad. See the photo. They receive 2 stars because the service was personable, friendly and on the whole courteous. They loose 3 for facilities, booking and location issues.
