We came here a few months ago to try it for our first time. It was average, nothing spectacular in terms of food or experience. We got the Italian beef and Chicago dogs since we're avid fans of Chicago fare. As of that trip I would have given the review 3 stars.
We figured maybe we caught them on an off day and tried to go back last Friday. Their hours were listed on their Facebook page as open until 9pm (their website isn't operational anymore), we got there around 8 to get some to go food and were met with "Like seriously? we just totally closed so like come back tomorrow seriously." I can't imagine how high someone has to be to be able to form and use that sentence in real life, but this underachiever nailed it.
That knocks them down to a 2 and I don't see a reason to go back.
