Convenient but the walkers don't read your profile so be wary of that if you have particular needs for your dogs. I've experienced this issue with their walkers not reading twice now and their support staff just apologizes over and over and over again... an apology loses weight after you say it a dozen times with no fix. Every time I have an issue they toss you around to five different support reps. If it wasn't so convenient I'd never use the app and am looking for other avenues to avoid using their service in the future.
