I had to go here to drop off equipment. What a disorganized system. And the staff was so lazy and uninterested in working. There was an electronic check in stand, but no option for returned equipment. So I chose the "other" option and waited 45 mins for my name to be called. There were only 10 of us there at that time. There was a customer yelling and being disrespectful to the staff. But I saw about 4 staff members on their phone, not interacting with customers. Then they would proceed to the back and not come out for 20 mins or so. They could have been on a break, but all at the same time? There should be an easier system to return equipment. I felt punished for canceling my service. And they didn't do anything to keep me about 8+years of my loyalty.
