Be careful before you rent from this storage and dealing with there Mangment. They treated us with anger and disrespect after we were having problem with they elevator was not closing properly an my friend was disabled and was having a really hard time ,which made our move frustrating an time consuming which made us late by 5 mins and alarms started going off an before we could explain an take note this is our first day on the property after paying the rent for the unit. They treated us with the police an would have us arrested and we were trying to explain an they did not want to listen an had us evicted off property an kept our money ! Beware of these people and they storage facility and the district Manger was no help ! So we had to move a full storage unit back out an rent another truck that cost us around $ 400 to move to a new storage in Henderson because the Lady Manger was rude an disrespectful to a disabled person an treating my friend that they would have a disable person arrested an removed from there property! The Worst experience ever !
