My wife and I were bored and hungry, lounging around on a Saturday night. Being new to town we decided to find some delivery. Mexican food is my favorite, and she was in the mood, so we went with El Toro, which we found on eatcu.com. Our delivery took about 30 minutes and the food was as cold as it was outside when we got it. But we shrugged it off and nuked it all. Shortly after we began eating, we realized we didn't receive the extra guacamole or guacamole we ordered to be on her burrito. I immediately called and spoke with a Manager, Victor. He was very attentive, took down my name, address, and told me he'd have our guacamole out to us ASAP! (this is the part that convinced me to rate this restaurant 5 stars) The same man showed up at our door and instead of having Just a side of guac, and a replacement burrito, he had our entire order re-made, and it was hot like it had just come out of the kitchen! The Food is Great, but the only thing just as important is Customer Service. I will be ordering from El Toro whenever I'm in the mood for Mexican from now on! Great Job guys!
