I think that Graphite is amazing. It is nice to have a Mac shop that as a computer consultant I can trust. If someone says they have been to Graphite and Graphite says X, X is true.
They are always willing to be square with me, even when they break my heart or my client's heart.
Recently, they repaired my stepmother's external hard drive by doing very deep detail work that I don't think too many other shops would do. They have gone out of their way and above and beyond at least 2 additional times on my own machines swapping in RAM, making hypothesis, and being great to work with.
