Super irritating, I was completely unaware eos fitness took over for golds gym. I had no notification of the change and thought golds gym just closed down. I saw a charge from eos on my card and figured out they took over golds gym but had I known I would have kept using my gym. eos doesn't have great reviews so I didn't proactively sign up for it, but trying to cancel membership? What a joke! I've called their cancellation team three times and the last was the best, their company is small with too many gyms and I need to be patient? Are you serious?!
I also called the location I went to most and the manager hasn't called me back and is always at " lunch" when I call. So I went into the location by my work and wow that manager was gone for the day.... It's 2 pm and they've left for the day?
This place sucks! I'll have to dispute the charges and see where that gets me.
