The worst customer service of all luxury brands I have experienced! They don't let you touch anything. They don't let you stand too close to the counter. The sales associate is rude and doesn't give you time to look at anything and puts things away right after you put it down on the counter (instead of letting you look at it and compare with other bags or jewelry) so she takes it in and out of the counter several times instead. They don't let you touch anything for more than a few minutes or even open the bags without their assistance but the staff themselves are even more rough with everything than the average person. The security is also extremely rude. I've been there twice and have almost purchased a 4k bag but nope the service just doesn't cut it. If you spend that type of money you should be treated with some respect. Do not wast your money here.
