We went in because we needed to cancel our membership like the manager told us to do since we found a closer gym. The manager was not available, another girl was working; she told us she'd take down our info, give it to the manager and he'd cancel when he came back in. The manager decided to charge us for an extra month, because he was not notified by his staff that we were canceling our membership and we didn't think we needed to call back to make sure his staff took care of things, so apparently that was on us too. Just not cool.
