While living here, we highly enjoyed our apartment and the office staff was very friendly and professional. We never had any problems while living here.. We had maintenance come in once, they arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional and got the job done! I also loved that they had events for the residents it feels like more of a community. Our first weekend there they had a barbecue on Friday night and we also went for a free tree painting session. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds always seemed perfectly clean to us.... Except for the pollen of course, but that's not anyone's fault... It is located in a nice, clean, safe area and they still take the extra step to leave the gates closed throughout the day for added security. It feels very safe. The pool area is nice and always clean when we visit it. The gym is very nice and clean too. This is definitely a great place to live, so far it's been our favorite apartment.. Idk why there aren't more positive reviews.. Maybe negative people are more likely to write a review to complain? The only negative thing I can think of is the parking spaces are too small.. The covered spaces were so tight that we parked our car at an uncovered spot.
