This company is amazing, and not in a good way. As a landlord utilizing RW for our rental, whenever we call in with questions/issues, the people on the phone, while nice, usually can't answer the question and say they need to get back to me. And, shocker, time after time they never do. I always have to reach back out to them.
In the last year of using them, we have had to reach out 3 times because the funds they dispersed to us were less than the typical amount with no explanation as to why. We will never use these guys again.
