Your associates are terrible. I used to go here so much more often than I do now. The staff often stand there talking with each other even when they see somebody waiting to ask a question. A customer shouldn't have to chase somebody down to ask the question or feel like they're interrupting a conversation between two employees. It's totally inappropriate behavior at your job. I'm tired of hearing week-end gossip discussions that seem more important than helping people out. I even saw a line with people waiting and only one cashier. Then two employees opened up a new register so that one of them (yes the employee) could go in front and buy something for them self. Terrible.
