Kelly did a home inspection on my parents home over a year ago. He was thorough, on time, and affordable. I send him to all my Realtors. He drove all the way from S Gilbert to Apache Junction and did not charge them extra like many home inspectors would. He is not the cheapest guy out there but from experience he is the best. You can do things, good, cheap, and fast, but never have all three at the same time. Kelly took his time finding every detail that was wrong or could have been an issue with the home. He took the time to explain everything. He did find concealed water damage, potential mold problems, that their insulation was inadequate, and hazardous electrical issues. His inspection was awesome because it required the seller to fix several of these issues before they purchased the home. Don't always look for the cheapest guy out their, look for Kelly at InSpec Home Inspection.
