Great amenity, poor service.
Checked in at 3:00pm but the room was not ready until 3:30. Several groups of people also waited for their rooms, which led to the bell desk being overwhelmed with bag check requests. The front desk promised to call when our rooms are ready, but the calls were never made. By the time the guests figured out their rooms were ready and rushed to claim their bags, the bell desk was overwhelmed once more - it took another hour for the luggage to arrive in my room.
