Let me start off with this: I'm a really picky person. It took me a long time to decide on what artist I wanted to go to for my first tattoo. I heard of Matt Stella through some friends who had some really, really nice tattoos done by him and I knew immediately that I wanted a tattoo from him. The shop is super clean but also feels very welcoming and comfortable, which for an anxious person like me, means a lot. The tattooists there are super friendly and were patient with me (thanks guys!). I told Matt that I wanted a dagger done on my leg and then gave him full artistic freedom when it came to the color and design. Fast forward to two days later: I was in love with what he came up with. There was so much care and concern when it came to placement; you could tell that these people genuinely care about their work and their client. I wasn't so anxious about getting my first tattoo anymore because of how great the atmosphere was and with the way I was treated. I am beyond pleased with my tattoo and I want to thank Matt for going above and beyond my expectations and working with my limitations!
