This is absolutely the WORST Dutch bros in the valley. The work flow is horrible. They take your orders and wait until they have collected over ten drinks to hand them out. This causes long lines and wait times. I have informed Dutch bros, but they have yet to address it. Their solution was opening another location. GUESS WHAT Dutch bros???? That is not going to solve it when your employees are chatting with customer 5-15 mins before continuing to the next customer. SERIOUSLY SEND SOMEONE TO SEE THE WORK FLOW AND SEE HOW RIDICULOUS IT IS TO WAIT 45 mins for COFFEE!!!!
