My hairstyle is pretty simple but I often ended up with an uneven cut on top with lots of hairs that were longer and sticking out. The hairstylists are sometimes a little odd here. A mens cut is about $20 so not exactly expensive, but not cheap either. Not sure why, but this location does not accept check-ins via the Supercuts mobile app. They also don't have tap to pay support for credit/debit and amex not accepted. This shop is fairly close by so convenient on the way home from work, but after this week I will be looking elsewhere. A few people were waiting, a few getting haircuts. Stylist was talking to a client next to me who was about to leave. I waited patiently to sign in at the desk. The woman finished talking, did something at the desk and then just walked away. How about acknowledging the new customer in front of you waiting almost five minutes? I walked out. This place is right next to Leaside - think about the clientele that might visit. This is not Thorncliffe Park - there should be at least a minimal expectation of customer service.
