This store has a great selection of contemporary furniture and accessories in a very fair price range. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience walking through it and could have went around a number of times more than we did.
I know it is a place which I will return to in the future as there were so many things that we liked.
The downfall was that there is absolutely no return policy. Once you have placed your order you have only 48 hours to cancel it after that you are locked in, like it or not.
I also felt that our customer service experience was less than desirable. Caroline sort of made us feel like we were less intelligent than her. She was friendly and made small talk after we decided to go ahead with our purchase.
Our delivery was messed up and I now have to wait an extra week. Very frustrating.
I think anyone looking for new furniture should go here but be prepared to be firm and ensure everything is clearly laid out so there is no room for error.
