I am actually reviewing this company on just a telephone conversation. The customer service was horrible. I think the guy got upset because I told him that I didn't need their service for four hours. I was trying to explain to him that I have everything in my living room and I also will be half moved already and he said just because I have a 26-foot truck I will need them for four hours. Pathetic I would never give them the time or the day at this point. I also pre-purchased a yelp deal for this company. Will be putting in for a refund.
