Great experience, very rich food. For 2, we ordered the bluefin tuna tartare, apple and foie gras, and the duck in a can (2 apps, 1 main). It was all delicious, great flavour, and a lot of the food is sourced from their farm. The menu is a bit simple, but our waitress was great with explaining how each dish was prepared, and was very friendly and attentive. The cream base for the tartare was a bit strong for my liking, especially for the delicate and delicious tuna. Our favourite dish was the apple and foie gras - ham stuffed apple, seared foie gras and boudin (dark pig blood sausage), on a bed of picked cabbage and mashed potatoes. It was the perfect combination for the breezy end of summer meal with the apple and pork. The duck in a can was surprisingly moist, but very oily. Not sure if we would order it again because there wasn't a lot of variety of texture or flavour, but it was still tasty.
