Terrible! I paid the $89 for them to come out and give me a quote. I was quoted around 2 grand in repairs, and told "If it were my machine I wouldn't both, I'd just buy a new one" (Let me have a salesmen call you.. ball park $4500-5000) YEAH RIGHT! Needless to say I got a 2nd quote, and was charged $400 for the total repair bill.
