If I could rate this company less I would!! DO NOT use them for anything. Please learn from our mistake! When we needed them most they failed us! We took our truck for a gear upgrade. Nightmare! Dealing with a manager does not help! Two day repair turned in to them keeping our truck for over a week. After a full week and us raising a stink because we were due to leave town they offered us a rental reimbursement. We have that now. Hope they pay! Day 8 and we are in a rental without the truck we needed for towing! Feel free to contact me before you use this company
10/2 after 20 days they finished a two day job! The worst!! And god help you if you end up trying to deal with Neil. He is awful and rude. They tried to increase the price to offset the rental.
There are plenty of other companies like this in vegas. Go to them instead! There is nothing good about 4 wheel parts!
10/30 we got our truck back. After many weeks and extensive work. I want to thank Mike Allen for his help and for making things right for us! It's been a tough experience. Having his help was greatly appreciated!
