I just witnessed unprofessional customer service towards a paying customer from one of the box boy-bagger named Christian. It appears a paying customer was about to purchase two bags of chips which were on sale. The price tag said "2 forĀ $1.00" which we all saw but the lady (Cardenas employee) removed the price tag stating the customer was wrong. Christian got involved and made hand-arm gestures indicating "f*ck your mom" in spanish. He was also heard making rude statement to the customer as "being poor" for not being able to afford the chips if they were not on sale. The customer then asked to speak to a manager. The female manager spoke to the customer and not once did she apologize and walked away. I was very appalled by such horrible customer service and will not shop at this location ever again!
