I was going to rate this place 3-4,but soon as I saw my waitress stuffing her face behind the counter with French fries and then touching our plates /food without washing her hands ... Huge no no for me. The pho was good, thai ice tea was good, easy parking, clean booths, and friendly service. But none of that matters if the hygiene of the staff serving food is poor and less than satisfactory. She put her fingers in her mouth and then served me my pho obviously without washing her hands. This was our first and last trip here. Should of just stuck to my normal Pho 8 down the street. Be smart and don't get fooled by the generous reviews for this business.
