Average to overpriced, slow service, and the food was average. In short, we'll be trying many other places before we might consider giving Arriba another shot.
We were there during the week, I believe on a Tuesday during the lunch hour. At least once we had to ask for refills...and then wait some more.
There were 4 of us that had a variety of dishes, none of which were great, ranging from "alright" to "I wouldn't try it again".
