I just wanted to update my review letting any potential customer know that Brad hired a lawyer to send me a letter threatening me to take down my review. They claimed that my review was "harming their business". No, sweetheart, it may be your customer service or lack there of that is harming your business. Or it may be the fact that you tell your customers that it is illegal for you to pay for the appraisal upfront (which it is not) or lie about the closing costs. Take me to court...I would love to countersue and get my $1000 back that you wasted. If my review is such a "lie" then why did I find an amazing loan officer who completed my refinance from start to finish in 30 days and told me repeatedly that it was not difficult when I heard over and over again from you how difficult this refinance was.
