A month and a half ago I came in looking for the movie realistic Captain America costume for a Con event this weekend. There was no M size which they offered to order for me and assured it would arrive before I flew out of town for the event. I was skeptical they would actually do this but I agreed. Two weeks ago I got a call to make sure I was still interested and they told me they would place the order. Today I called to Inquire about the order, they had received a shipment in but my costume was not one of those items. Desperate, I asked about trying on the rental version and I was told to come in. I drove from the east valley today and when I arrived, was told that costume had already been rented out until Wed. I am very frustrated and feel stupid for trusting they would get it for me. I should have ordered it online myself but now it's too late. The event is this weekend and I don't know what to do. As a performer I have been shopping here for years. This was important to me and I continue to hope they call me this week with my costume in stock.
