The person I worked with at first seemed nice, friendly and professional. We were looking to get a quote for a new front door and were told that it was in a certain price range. The manager took liberty on himself to make up the quote and send it to me while the original sales person had the day off. The quote came back $1500 higher than expected and a day late. After reading the reviews, I can only imagine if the quote came back late and inaccurate, could I really trust them to get my entry door installation correct? No thanks, Master Craftsman.
