Absolutely terrible. Paid $3,000 for braces and expander before they were put in. No one ever told me what was going on, why they were doing certain things, etc. I got my expander in and they put it in incorrectly. I couldn't breathe well, drink or eat at all, so I had to have it emergency removed by them. I did not receive any sort of refund or compensation and I'm never going back there.
