I bought a top of the line Toyota Sienna Van here even though I live on the North section of the valley @ Craig and Decatur. I purchased this Expensive Van with the guaranty of "FREE" tires for the length of the ownership.. After my second service to keep the warranty going the service person informed me that I needed to pay $160.00 to continue to be approved to continue the tire coverage. WHAT!!!! The Guy with the overseas accent that does all the commercials on T.V. Is the one that was stating this as well as all there T.V. advertisments. I'm sure those reading this remember or were suckered as I was. I will "NEVER" buy another vehicle from these people. I guess this is how the owner pays for his soccer stadium he wants here in the U.S. I say, go home and practice what you preach were your from !!! Stan Hicks
