We have had a good and bad experience at this location. You simply cannot get through on their phone number...just rings busy. However, we did order a buffet online and it was delivered there in no time. But trying to get in touch with them via telephone is impossible, and if you contact their toll free number it does not give you the option of speaking with a live person. IKEA as a 35 yr customer get your act together.
