PLEASE do not go to this location. First of all, the staff is very unfriendly. I had accidentally dropped off a package here meant for USPS (I know, my fault). So I called and asked them if my package was still there. Chris and Berenice were working. I had spoken to Chris in the morning. She said "sorry we do not have your package". And at this point, I was super upset because they said they checked EVERYWHERE, for my package. So I came in today asking if they could check my package in the store one more time. I asked politely, and she said, "like I said on the phone, it is not here. But I will still go check." She went to look around, and she came out with MY PACKAGE. After I called twice on the phone and they said they could not find it. I took my package with me and left. I am really upset with FedEx and the employees in there. Especially Chris, she was so lazy and couldn't take an extra minute to look around. I don't understand how they couldn't find my package because on my box there was a notice stating how my package was for USPS, not FedEx. Please avoid this location at all costs.
