File an ethics violation against this Hertz location: https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/en/report_information.asp?clientid=40383&locationid=11318037&override=yes&agreement=no&companyname=The%20Hertz%20Corporation&violationtypeid=29905 After a week of calling the Phoenix airport Hertz location, and recording the calls, I never received a call back. After receiving a request for my rental agreement number (as they consistently do for Yelp reviews) I provided the information and received no response. After contacting Hertz customer service twice via their corporate website, and getting an automated response promising they would contact me within 24 hours, I received no response. Customers should realize where they stand with Hertz - nowhere. Hertz places no value on their customers and does not provide an ounce of customer service.
