After a week of calling the Phoenix airport Hertz location, and recording the calls, I never received a call back. After receiving a request for my rental agreement number (as they consistently do for Yelp reviews) I provided the information and received no response. After contacting Hertz customer service twice via their corporate website, and getting an automated response promising they would contact me within 24 hours, I received no response.
Customers should realize where they stand with Hertz - nowhere. Hertz places no value on their customers and does not provide an ounce of customer service.
