I am always amazed at the service at Mini. I took my 5 year old Mini Convertible for a service today and again I got my Mini back looking and running fantastic. I got four run-flat tires for the price of three, lower even than the price at Discount Tires which was always the lowest price I could find for my other vehicles. The front the grill was a little loose probably someone backed into me while being parked and Steve at the service department told me they were able to just snap it back into place. They did this without me even asking them to and I feel like I got back a new car. I must say that for the last 5 years I have done business with Tempe Mini I couldn't be more satisfied. I bought my car with Tom who is now financial manager, and he never tried to sell me more than I had put together online. It went so much easier than other times I bought a car. All departments, service, sales, and even financial are a pleasure to work with! My husband and I even love their coffee in the waiting lounge. I am wanting to keep my favorite fun car at least another 5 more years and with the help of Mini Tempe I am sure I can. Thank you MINI
