Nice, cheap gym with friendly staff. I was a member for a little over a year, and they treated me well even after I moved and switched to a different gym. It's sort of small compared to other Fitworks locations (I've been to Rocky River and Richmond Hts) and doesn't quite have as many amenities/features/machines. It's certainly not as impressive on paper compared to other Fitworks, but the little things count. The gym doesn't get too packed, so you'll rarely have parking issues or be waiting for machines. They play tolerable music over the speakers. Their staff is friendly, and the members are nice. They hold contests and events from time to time to bring the community together and reward its members. Before I was a member, I was just piggybacking onto my significant other's membership, which had free guest privileges. She had to go on a vacation for 30 days. With no trouble at all, they let me use her membership for the 30 days she was gone, even though the rules state that members must accompany guests at all times. My current gym wouldn't have allowed this based on past experiences I've had with them. I signed up with them after my 30 days were up. The little things really do matter.
